Being a teenager can make it very hard to keep up with regular physical activity.

Between, work, school, buses, relationships and extra curricular activities, it can be hard to squeeze in a workout every day. Especially if that means bussing it to your nearest gym, beach or oval. Considering the times you probably get around to thinking about exercise, at home may be the best way to go. That’s where fitness Youtube channels come in. They can help you get in an effective workout, right in the comfort of your own home. Or, they can give you great tips to make staying healthy easy! So, with no further ado, here are 5 Youtube fitness channels that we are loving right now!

1. Blogilates

Video: POP Pilates for Beginners - Total Body Workout

Blogilates, created by Cassey Ho, is a Youtube channel where Cassey shares at home effective workouts, along with lifestyle tips to make staying fit mentally and physically a piece of cake! With over 4.4 million subscribers and hundreds of vidoes on the subject of body image, workouts and recipes, its not hard to see why she’s great! Check out her channel , along with a beginner ab workout to get you going.

2. Kayla Itsines

You’ve probably heard of this beauty, but if you haven’t allow me to introduce you to one of our own. She’s killing it at the Youtube fitness game! She’s an Aussie who created her Youtube channel, building an empire which led to the creation of her own app (Sweat With Kayla). Her app has 28 minute workouts, along with recipes, meal plans and a planner to help you keep track of your fitness journey. It generated more revenue than any other fitness app in 2016, and if that doesn’t say something, I don’t know what does! Check out her channel and her app.

3. Tone It Up

This channel has hundreds of videos from different series. These include Total Body Workouts, Simple and Healthy Recipes, and the Love Your Body series! They also offer HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), for those of you who are a little more advanced! Find their channel here.

4. PopSugar Fitness

Video: 10-Minute, Low-Impact Cardio Workout That Burns Major Calories

PopSugar Fitness is a channel that offers fitness tutorials, workouts, and exercises! These will make the journey to healthy living, weight loss, and stress relief a no brainer. Check out their Youtube channel here, and also their 30 Days to a Flat Belly.

5. BodyRock

Video: Five Day Fit: Fat Melt

BodyRock is a Youtube channel that has videos shared by real personal trainers. They offer pilates, beginners challenges, yoga, and strength training, right in the comfort of your living room! Their videos are super motivating, and they also have an app. And, while the app has a membership fee, you can do a 30 day trial to get you motivated! Check out the SweatFlix app, and BodyRock’s Youtube channel for more.
