EasyNeon’s Glitter Eyeliner Makeup Tutorial

This one involves a little bit more difficult to source items (the eye safe glitter) but as you an see, is SICK and stands out like there’s no tomorrow! And we love the green, but you could choose any colour! We would recommend sticking with a dark glitter so it still looks like liner, and won’t blend into your skin in pics.
