I’m sure you’d recognise some of their most famous tunes like 7 or Cocoon from their previous albums however The Balance has been no disappointment! It encapsulates the same electric riffs and passionate vocals we know and love from Catfish! Check it out you won’t regret it!

Ventura – Anderson .Paak

Anderson Paak’s 2016 album Malibu will forever be one of my all time favourite albums ever released. Although his latest album Ventura may be even better! Paak’s ever so smooth vocals over a fusion of hip hop, funk and R&B never fails to blow my mind!

Genre: R&B, Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz and Soul
Must Listens: Jet Black, Come Home and Winners Circle (tbh just listen to the whole album, every song is a TUNE)
The Great Expanse – Hilltop Hoods

Hilltop Hoods have COUNTLESS great songs, I mean who doesn’t love belting out the lyrics to Cosby Sweater or 1955. Their latest album is nothing less than their previous, providing us with new anthems which will be sure to get the crowd dancing and singing! Not to mention they are Aussie born and bred!

Genre: Australian Hip Hop
Must Listens: Leave Me Lonely, Clark Grisworld and Exit Sign
Hi This Is Flume – Flume

Flumes music is not like any other music you will listen to, its experimental electricona and future bass vibe is truly an experience to listen to. Plus if you listen to the entire album in order each song transitions into the next which is very cool!

Run Fast Sleep Naked – Nick Murphy / Chet Faker

Nick Murphy or more well known as his previous stage name of Chet Faker, has a unique and smooth sound. Some of his chart toppers which you may know include Drop The Game and Talk is Cheap and his latest album is just an extension of his downtempo style we love.
