Does YOMM® share my information with third parties?

The YOMM® product reviews and competition entries (including written reviews, star ratings as well as photos and video content posted by you as part of your review/entry) are publicly displayed on our website and can be used in YOMM® and third party marketing material, including but not limited to video advertising, newsletters, brochures, flyers, in-store marketing material and other video marketing. This company may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visit to this Website in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. This could be in the form of a testimonial or claim from the product review star ratings.

If we do run any competitions, promotions or offers for a third party the terms and conditions are the responsibility of those parties and you need to consider the individual privacy policy of the third party before disclosing your personal information.

If you post content on our site that brings up thoughts of suicide or harm to others we are obligated to share your details with the relevant authorities to follow up on.

What happens with YOMM® competitions, promotions and other activity?

YOMM® may allow you to invite friends to join you on the site either as a simple invitation or as part of sending them a free gift. To make it easy to find friends, we let you submit their email addresses manually or share with your friends via social media networks. By submitting email addresses, you grant YOMM® the right to send email invites to those provided recipients on your behalf. We would hope that those entering competitions at YOMM® do so with intent to use the prize for themselves or a close friend/relative – not with the intent to sell on for financial profit.
