1. Bar Luca -‘Blame Canada’

Located at Bar Luca in the Sydney CBD this burger is maple filled delight. Bar Luca is a cool, modern looking place that has received high praise from many of the top critics. This particularly unique burger is stuffed with maple glazed bacon and maple aioli, so this sweet taste is a real kick. A beef patty, American cheese, poutine encased in a Bar Luca special milk bun. Coming in at only $17 for the burger with a $3 side of chips this comes in at $20 for a fantastic feed.

2. Paul’s Famous Hamburgers – ‘The Works’

A classic of Australian cuisine is the works burger, seen all over the country with various adaptations. A huge hamburger with egg, bacon, cheese and pineapple on top of the regular hamburger specialities. This burger will set you back as little as $10.90 and only costs $5 for chips and a drink! Located in Sylvania just off the Princess Highway this will be worth the trip. With such a name as having famous burgers you can expect that this restaurant will impress.

3. Bare Grill – ‘The Trip’

This burger is an absolute monster and comes with a side of some heavy duty chips. The Trip includes a beef patty, bacon, onion rings, lettuce, hash brown, double American cheddar and for those with a fancier taste even includes truffle mayo. You will need to travel to Surrey Hills for this burger but if you are in need of a good quality meal, the YOMM team would highly recommend Bare Grill. With all of this food the price only comes to $18 which is including the side of chips in the meal.

4. Big Daddy’s Burger Bar – ‘Who’s Your Daddy?’

At Big Daddy’s Burgers you are sure to experience a classic American diner aesthetic and feel. The aptly named burger has everything you could ask for. Beef patty, pulled pork, coleslaw, American & Swiss cheese, maple bacon, American mustard and Big Daddy’s Mayo. This is a burger feast and will only cost you $14 for the burger itself and to add everyone’s favourite curly fries + a drink is $6. Newtown is the home of this American style diner and is worth the visit.

5. BenBry Burgers – ‘Gladiator’

The last entry on our list is the first entry to be seen in the Manly Corso. The restaurant’s self titled gourmet burger includes prime Australian beef, parmesan cheese, a sprinkling of oregano, lettuce, tomato, red onion, BenBry Aioli & tomato relish. Not a long walk from the beach front you can enjoy this $12 burger with a $5.50 side of chips while you take in the ocean breeze. With so many places in Manly to get a burger at, BenBry stands out in front of the others.
